Rapid developments in all the subspecialties of orthopaedics equates to explosion of knowledge. In our
constant quest to keep up with it, we would invite and encourage the members of our society to submit
their work through the manuscripts and papers to our Peer Reviewed Journal. We understand that the
challenges in the subcontinent are different and so are the demands of our patients. Hence, we at the
BOS wish to make this as a platform for our members and other orthopaedic surgeons to find solutions for
problems that they can identify with, literature that speaks their language and knowledge that is relevant to
practise in the subcontinent.
There will be a multitude of reasons to publish and a basic motive is to share knowledge with colleagues.
We invite you to submit your manuscript under the relevant sub specialities. Kindly visit our website,
www.jcorth.com to know more about the Journal of Clinical Orthopaedics.

The BOS website was updated last year and we have made it more user friendly. All the online educational activities are available on the website and have been categorized into different sections for easy navigability. Since the pandemic affected our ability to conduct physical meetings regularly, all the online meetings were recorded. They can be assessed via both the website and our youtube channel. The viewership to our youtube channel has grown and now we have 3000+ subscribers. The website will continue to update its members of the society's activities and publish reports and updates as it has done in the past. The BOS also intends to publish a recordings of all WIROC orations online and the website. We will continue to strive for providing high quality web based educational content for members.
